Packages details: Offer is sponsored and subsidised by Club Resorts No. 1 Australia Pty. Ltd. (“Club Resorts”) as a marketing effort for the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Australia, ARSN 610 612 676 programme. This offer includes accommodation in a deluxe guestroom for 3 nights at Marriott Vacation Club at Surfers Paradise (subject to availability at time of reservation confirmation) and a A$50 resort voucher (“Package”). This Package can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and up to 2 children 13 years and under. Guests may be offered alternative accommodation at a Marriott Vacation Club partner property, which can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children 13 years and under, should Marriott Vacation Club at Surfers Paradise be unavailable on dates requested.

Qualification: This Package is designed for guests who are aged between 30 – 65 years of age and homeowners with a joint annual income in excess of A$150,000. Attendance at a Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Australia presentation lasting approximately 90-120 minutes is required to qualify for this Package. The promotional price is only available to married/de-facto couples and it is a condition to the Package that you travel and attend the presentation together. It is a condition to the Package that you and your spouse/partner travel and attend the presentation together. If you (as part of a qualified couple) or your partner/spouse or both of you choose not to attend the presentation, you will be charged the full retail cost of the Package.

Pricing: The Package price is A$399 and all applicable fees will be charged in Australian dollars. Additional nights can be purchased, subject to availability, at a separate seasonal rate. Full retail cost of the Package is up to A$1500 per package in a Deluxe guest room and is based on current room rates at time of print, which are subject to change without notice. A weekend surcharge of A$50 per night is payable for Friday and Saturday nights. A high season surcharge of A$100 per night is applicable for bookings from 16 September 2022 – 9 October 2022, 20 December 2022 – 28 January 2023, 31 March 2023 – 23 April 2023 and 15 September – 8 October 2023. Black-out dates apply between 28 October 2022 to 30 October 2022 (GC600 – subject to change). Guests may upgrade to a 1-Bedroom Deluxe Suite which can accommodate up to 5 family members for an additional A$80 per night. Onsite car parking is available for a daily fee of A$25 (24 hours).

Expiry Date: This offer expires 19 December 2022 and is subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date.

Restrictions: This Package is limited to one per household. Once the travel date is confirmed, guests may only reschedule their travel dates once. A flat A$75 reschedule fee applies. Group purchases or travel are not permitted. Airfare, transportation, and additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the guest. The purchase of the Package offer and accommodation does not earn Marriott Bonvoy^® points unless otherwise specified in the offer. Package price is non-refundable and package offer is non-transferable. Cancellation, no-shows and late reschedules of reservations (less than 14 days prior to arrival) will result in forfeiture of Package. Package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. This Package is not available to individuals who have previously taken advantage of this offer or any other Marriott Vacation Club holiday offer, Marriott Vacation Club members/owners (whether of Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Australia or otherwise) or employees of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members. Club Resorts No. 1 Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to add, delete or vary any of the terms and conditions at any time. Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in withdrawal of offer. This programme is void where prohibited by law. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date.

Other conditions: A major credit card is required for check-in and guests are responsible for all incidental charges. This is an advance-purchase package and your credit card will be charged the price of the Package at the time you purchase the Package. Reservations are on a space-available basis, advance booking required. This Package includes room and tax only unless otherwise specified. A written confirmation voucher is required upon check-in at the resort. Reservations, changes and cancellations must be made through Marriott Vacation Club at the reservation hotline number (07) 2103 4760. Reservations must be made a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival and are subject to availability.
